National PTA® comprises millions of families, students, teachers, administrators, and business and community leaders devoted to the educational success of children and the promotion of parent involvement in schools.

PTA is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit association that prides itself on being a powerful voice for all children, a relevant resource for families and communities, and a strong advocate for public education. Membership in PTA is open to anyone who wants to be involved and make a difference for the education, health, and welfare of children and youth.

Join SLHS PTSA Today

The SLHS PTSA would like to invite you to join as a member for the 2020-21 school year. SLHS PTSA is involved in several activities that support our students and teachers. We support students in need through our Acts of Kindness (AOK) Club. We also promote & participate in the national PTA art contest, Reflections, which recognizes student artists. PTSA volunteers also run the water and snack stations at dances, and provide meals to teachers during key events.

Membership fees are $20 per person for parents, $11 for students and teachers/staff. Please click the button below to fill out the membership form. You can pay by mailing a check to the school to Attn: SLHS PTSA or online through our PayPal account (link included at end of membership form.)
